Our services include project design and change management as well as project planning, specification and procurement across multi-disciplinary functions including structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, instrument and control.
In addition, our detailed design and CAD facilities can be utilised to provide added value for your own internal resources.
We can align with your business processes for and assist at any stage of the project lifecycle.
A common approach is as follows:
- Appraise - Define problem, business case, feasibility, outline options
- Select - evaluate options, recommend preferred option, project cost estimate + / - 30%, contract plans, procurements considerations
- Define - Detailed scope, and design solution, agree equipment and systems specifications. Timescales & costs +/- 10%, Approve and access funding, Risk register, PHSSER
- Execution - Project, site installation, risk and cost management, Test, Commissioning and hand over.
- Operation - Site support, as built, operations and maintenance, Review
There are only four things that can happen to an asset: there’s new equipment, you can relocate it, you can replace like for like, or you can remove equipment.
We ensure that our project work has processes in place to make certain that this change and the documentation at the end of the project is delivered with the same level of importance as the detail of the project itself.
